Nova coaches can teach Preschool or Recreational (School-Age) classes or a combination of both. Strong candidates are coaches with good time management skills who can keep the class energized and moving while making sure each child receives the individual attention necessary to progress.
In addition to all the qualities of a Nova Recreational Coach, Team Coaches should have additional experience coaching advanced levels of gymnastics or competitive teams. Familiarity with advanced skills, drills, conditioning exercises, and technique is a definite plus.
Special Event Staff work all fun events at Nova. They must have good organizational skills with the ability to lead groups of children in fun and engaging activities. In addition, qualified staff must be able to interact with parents while dropping off their children or while attending parties.
Front Desk Staff must be bright, energetic individuals who love working in a dynamic environment. They educate customers about our classes, coaches, and special events, and help them find the best activities for their children. They must have the ability to multi-task and commumicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and in person.
